Practice 5x a week to change your LIFE.

A change of season can bring a shift to your life – and your practice. The Transformation Challenge is your opportunity to continue the practice you built during the warm summer months and hold strong through the fall. Set your practice goal, commit to taking time for yourself, and experience the results (plus get access to some great prizes for all your effort!)

Goals:

3x a week goal: complete 12 classes within that month’s time frame (ex: September 15th – October 15th)

5x a week goal: complete 20 classes within that month’s time frame

Rules:

  1. Opt in any time during the challenge (you have 3 opportunities)
  2. Grab a tracking sheet from your studio
  3. Mark down every practice completed within that month’s timeframe (see dates below)
  4. Hand your winning sheet into the front desk at your studio no later than the 20th of the month to receive your prizes!

Goodies:

12 CLASSES:

  • one (1) FREE class pass for a friend
  • one (1) 15% off coupon for 1 retail item (excludes sale items and jewelry, cannot be combined with any other discount or special)

20 CLASSES:

  • two (2) FREE class passes for friends
  • one (1) 25% off coupon for 1 retail item (excludes sale items and jewelry, cannot be combined with any other discount or special)

Challenge Dates:

September 15th – October 15th

October 16th – November 15th

november 16th – december 15th

However you complete your 12 or 20 classes within the month is up to you – practicing 3x a week and 5x a week are just a suggestion. Let’s do this!
