I love feeling seen and like I’m still part of the group during a live Zoom class and I love the chance to pick which Evolution GO class I want to take based on a theme or a particular teacher. Having so many at-home options has really changed the way I show up to teach, because it has given me the space to explore my own body and practice so I can take that learning to my students.
I challenged myself in new ways during the last half of 40 Days, and the tools I learned for my practice and for myself are tactics I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. Keep reading to learn more!
This program came at a perfect time in my life. I moved to Harrisburg at the end of 2018 after graduating from college with my first full-time job in a brand new city. Fast forward a year later: I decided to leave my job in search of a career that fuels my passions and fulfills me 100%.

What is Drishti? We hear it every class – set your eyes on a fixed point in the room and soften your gaze. But how can you master the perfect Drishti for you?
I feel very empowered by the ACCESS training group and the friends I am making in my training. I can share things without feeling judged and it really is a safe space where everyone is very supportive
Ah yes, the triumphant Week 6 is upon us! Cue a heavily meditated, healthy and powerful new me! It feels amazing to have finished the program. I am so proud of myself and everyone who completed 40 Days. We reached our goals! This is so appropriate as Week 6 is all about triumph. In the […]
I can’t believe it’s already Week 5 in the program! Week 5 is all about centering. Baron Baptiste describes centering as “emancipating”. He explains, “As we practice staying centered we discover that we have the capacity to be aware of the little gremlin voices in our heads and that we don’t have to get caught […]
