Session 5 provided it’s peak challenges thus far in the program, with rewarding feelings of doing the work and seeing the transformation happen. This training has done so much more than teach me how to lead a yoga class. It’s provided work for me to do, not just on the outside, but within as well.

I acknowledge that I have to do the work, no one else is going to get through these 250-hours for me. Completing this program is something I really want. The drive I have to see this program through to the end has motivated me to find access to tools that will help me with time managing my work/ study/ life balance.
