I’ve been practicing since: Year I began practicing Yoga: about 2014; I began Baptiste style of Yoga in 2018.
I’ve been teaching since: I began teaching Yoga in 2019.
What about the Evolution Studio or community that inspired you to become a teacher? What inspired me to begin teaching is the experiences I have gained from being a part of the community. A community in which we are very supported by each other regardless of our backgrounds; we are all connected and here for one another.
Favorite movie and why: My favorite movie is “Toy Story”. I had a replica Woody and a replica Buzz growing up and would reenact the scenes with them. The film is just as funny today to me as it was when I was a child.
Something you might not know about me is: I broke my wrist skateboarding in Barcelona.
Anything fun you would like to share with the community (hobbies, fun facts, etc): I am the oldest of 7, I am trilingual, I’ve been to 9 countries in Europe, I lived in Deutschland (Germany), I enjoy the theatre very much both performing and attending shows, my favorite soccer team is Borussia Dortmund, my favorite baseball team is the New York Yankees, and I am a vegetarian.
