Our advanced 300-Hour Teacher Training program, ADAPTATION, is built upon over 30 years of combined experience in the yoga and holistic health field to give you an understanding of how the body functions and moves, and what influences these functions and movements, illuminating the fullest potential of each yoga pose allowing you to ultimately expand and deepen any yoga practice.
Program Creators
Nick & Debbie Dower have over 30 years of experience in the field of holistic medicine, structural integration, acupuncture, and yogic practices. Founders of Ananda Integration, Debbie & Nick are part of the expanding integrative medicine and complementary modalities at the Lancaster General Health Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute.

FAQ
Anyone interested in living more in tune with the seasons, as well as Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Yoga Teachers, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Pain Management providers, Athletic trainers, mental health providers, and somatic providers.
While there are no required prerequisites for the ADAPTATION 300-Hour Teacher Training, it would be beneficial to have a familiarity with the Journey Into Power Sequence.
No anatomy knowledge is necessary, the leaders will ensure to make the information digestible for all knowledge bases.
It would be beneficial to have some familiarity with yoga and a minimum of a year of practice experience, however, it is not required. If you are interested in the program and are not familiar with any style of yoga, contact Nick & Debbie and they will be happy to work with you to make enrollment possible.
We ask trainees to read the introduction of Anatomy Trains, 4th edition, prior to the first weekend of training.
Upon successful completion of the course you will be eligible to register through Yoga Alliance as a 300-RYT
This training is being offered in a hybrid format (in-person & live-virtual) so all of the weekends will be recorded. If you happen to miss a day, you will be required to view that day’s recording and complete any associated exercises or homework. You will also schedule a 1:1 meeting with Nick and Debbie to ensure that you understand the content and concepts that you missed.
All absent days must be made-up prior to receiving your 300-hour certification.
