ACCESS 250-Hour Training

November 6th 2020 - may 16th 2021


The ACCESS 250-Hour core curriculum builds a solid understanding of the tools of yoga – asana, meditation, and self-inquiry. The goal is to give students a firm grasp of broad-based fundamentals as the foundation for developing awareness, harnessing their strengths, and becoming vehicles of transformation.

Through rigorous practice, persistent self-reflection and insightful discussion, ACCESS engages students in an in-depth experience and exploration of the Baptiste Yoga Methodology. Beyond cultivating the skills to teach and assist yoga, students practice teamwork, participate in personal leadership and self-discovery activities, and break down the asanas into their biological and mechanical form in an anatomy and physiology component written and created by Dr. Philomena Behmer.

ACCESS brings theory, practice, experience, and talent into focus, into action, offering the student an opportunity for deep learning and radical results.

Our curriculum has been developed and refined over the past decade through the accumulated experience of experts and senior instructors


Each training is led by a combination of 500(+)RYT, Baptiste Certified instructors, and industry experts in their respective field of study

No matter your location or schedule, our hybrid learning format allows in-person or live-virtual participation + an asynchronous portion so you can learn your way, on your time.

Program Schedule

Our classic ACCESS program is an 8-weekend training completed over the course of 8-months, meeting 1 weekend each month in the following format:



Friday evenings are a structured office hours where trainees and leaders hold open conversation in an integrated live-virtual environment to review material, gain clarity, and share experiences and personal gains.



Saturdays consist of personal inquiry exercises and discussion, small and large group learning, practice teaching, drills and exercises, and live feedback.

Sundays are asynchronous on-demand learning via our online institute. We have compiled the anatomy portion and our high-demand content into individual videos so you can learn at your pace and revisit material as needed throughout the duration of the program. You have from Sunday to the next training weekend to complete these assignments.
