Welcome to your 40 day transformation!

This 6-week program addresses all areas of your life and opens you up to newfound empowerment, freedom, and possibility through the combination of movement, stillness, presence, balance, nurture and reflection. 

Goals and resolutions that go unachieved or fizzle out within the first 2 weeks usually aren’t for a lack of motivation – it’s for a lack of direction and structure in the steps leading to your final goal. Once you have the map, consistency and accountability are all it takes to create deep lasting transformation and life-long results.

Our 40 Day Transformation Challenge breaks your journey down into 6 weeks, each with their own theme and focus, providing you the structure, guidance, and support to aim high and stay committed to reaching your goals and making new discoveries along the way. 

By creating healthy living patterns that bring you energy, fuel your body and mind, and serve your values, you will discover a renewed source of energy and awareness that will impact your overall way of being, ultimately opening your eyes to new possibilities, happiness, and personal empowerment.

who should enroll in 40 days?

This program is open to anyone looking to create something new. Whether that is related to fitness, mental health, overall health, relationships, career, or community – this program will get you on your way to success.

Everything you need to reach your goals is provided for you along with a supportive community who are all on the same path to achieving their goals, dreams, and aspirations.

What's included in the program?

Weekly Group Meetings

1 weekly group meeting to open discussion and share discoveries, roadblocks, accomplishments, and support. You can choose from in-person or virtual participation

Daily Yoga

You’ll do yoga every day. We start with 20 minute practices and gradually increase in length of time each week

Daily Meditation

You’ll do meditation every day. We start with 5 minutes and gradually increase length of time each week

Nutrition

You’ll receive a meal plan created by a Registered Dietician including a weekly shopping list, 6-week meal plan, and recipes. Don’t worry – this isn’t a diet! This is a balanced, anti-inflammatory meal plan designed to boost immunity, and provide all of the essential nutrients your body needs

Journaling

Journaling is an incredibly powerful tool for observing your thoughts and patterns and opening yourself up to new self-awareness and discoveries. You’re given daily prompts to fuel these writing sessions

Private Community

This is a private portal page where you will connect with the entire 40 Day Challenge community from across all 3 studios, as well as access resources and have the ability to share and open discussion
