what is the 40 days program?
At its core, our 40 Days program teaches you to take the time to extensively reflect on all aspects of yourself – your consciousness, your defaults, your thought patterns, and your life overall.
You will use the 3 themes of yoga; Asana, Meditation, and Inquiry, as your personal power tools for transformation.
Each day you will participate in a personal yoga practice, meditation practice, and journaling prompts to encourage curiosity, self inquiry, and personal exploration. Change, big or small, is easier when done with others – our weekly group meeting will serve as your anchor for accountability, connection, and inspiration through discussions and shares from others in your group as well as your own.
By creating healthy living patterns that serve you in obtaining your goals and values you will discover a renewed source of energy and awareness that will impact your overall way of being, ultimately opening your eyes to new possibilities, happiness, and personal empowerment.
Daily Yoga and Meditation Practice
Guided yoga and meditation practices that gradually build in length of time throughout the program
No dieting – this is an opportunity to bring awareness to your nutritional intake and unhealthy routines
Weekly self-inquiry questions to encourage interpersonal exploration, challenge thoughts patterns, and create new awareness
One hour meetings to discuss the previous week’s work, share insights and challenges, and connect with your community members. Participate in-person or virtually!

The 40 Days program works because the practices and principles that guide this program are manageable and maintainable. But more importantly – the program works because you are in it with others who are doing the same work, have the same drive and ambitions to reach their personal goals, and uplift others. Weekly group meetings provide a safe space to share accomplishments, gain insight, inspire growth, discover new opportunity, and create lifelong connections.
The 40 Days to Personal Revolution book provides structure and guidance throughout your 6-week exploration. Here, you will find weekly themes allowing you to focus on a specific area of work, guided practices to gradually build your asana and meditation routine, and journaling prompts to encourage interpersonal exploration and discovery.
