EPY workshops offer you a chance to explore your practice by learning more about the different styles, philosophies, and applications of yoga. Each program is designed to give you an in-depth look at one of the many elements of this 3,000-year-old practice. We encourage both new and experienced practitioners to take advantage of these unique opportunities for growth and change. Each time you step into something new, you open yourself up to the possibility of something amazing.

Master Classes
Monthly
Take your practice to the next level with our monthly master class. Master Class teachers have thousands of hours of yoga training, teaching, and experience. Each master class is themed to give you a unique, challenging practice that will expand your experience of what is possible. It’s time for the 2nd Annual 108 for Africa! This fundraising event brings together dozens of yogis to raise money for the Africa Yoga Project. AYP gives native Kenyans the ability to earn a sustainable income by teaching yoga to diverse groups of students in their communities. Learn More.
 
 

Thai Yoga Massage Workshop with Michael ‘Mukti’ Buck

Michael Buck returns for another amazing immersion on Thai Yoga Massage, an interactive practice that merges rhythmic compression, acupressure, assisted stretching, and pranayama (yogic breathwork) to increase vitality and balance the body’s fundamental systems.
