Meditation Workshop: Feb 11

Cynthia Kilbourn and Mary-Ellen Francescani will lead a Meditation Workshop on Saturday, February 11th from 1:30-3:30pm at EPY Lancaster.

This popular workshop will show you effective techniques and considerations for incorporating a regular meditation practice into your own life. Meditation is a vital component of any yoga journey and has been shown to be effective not only for relaxation and improved concentration, but also for pain control, treatment of depression, and insomnia.

Cynthia Kilbourn and Mary Ellen Francescani will be provide
instruction on basic meditation technique in an informal, relaxed environment. If you have ever wanted to start a meditation practice, please join us! Bring a cushion to sit on and wear loose comfortable clothing.

Perfect for 40 Day students, this workshop is also open to anyone interested in learning about the benefits of meditation.
