Kids & Teens Programs
It’s never too early to begin your yoga practice, and we strive to provide children and teens with a safe space to explore their own possibilities. Responsible teens and kids are always welcome at our regular classes with the permission of a parent or guardian, however we also believe that younger yogis benefit from practicing and growing with their peers. Our Kids & Teens Programs will continue to change and develop in response to needs of our community. If you are interested in a program or class you don’t see listed here, we encourage you to talk with an EPY instructor to let us know how we can serve you better!
EPY’s Yoga Kids! Fall Session
Six-week session Sept 10 – Oct 17 at EPY Lancaster Pre-registration is required! EPY’s Yoga Kids! program engages children through the exploration of movement, music, and cooperation. They will learn to think and express themselves in positive ways while building social and motor skills in a safe, fun setting. Each class of this six-week session is designed to introduce themes such as peace, respect, gratitude, and healthy living.
