EPY workshops offer you a chance to explore your practice by learning more about the different styles, philosophies, and applications of yoga. Each program is designed to give you an in-depth look at one of the many elements of this 3,000-year-old practice. We encourage both new and experienced practitioners to take advantage of these unique opportunities for growth and change.
