Yoga Nidra
Fridays 5:30-6:30pm (Lancaster). Experience supreme relaxation and a heightened state of consciousness during EPY’s Yoga Nidra Fridays. Yoga Nidra is a guided visualization and relaxation practice that will leave you feeling peaceful and renewed. This transformational technique was developed to cultivate a unique state of mind that drifts beyond the dream stage, yet remains open and aware. Vinyasa Basics
LANCASTER: Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-6:00pm, Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am. Slow down your yoga with the new Vinyasa Basics class. Taught by experienced EPY instructors, this class will give you an empowering practice at a pace that’s right for you. You’ll learn how to embody each asana (pose) within a safe, small group environment. It’s the perfect opportunity for beginners and those returning to yoga to ease into the practice. Restorative Yoga
Sundays, 11:00am-12:00pm (Lancaster). Sink into the lunar side of yoga during our weekly Restorative Yoga class. This relaxed, mostly stationary practice is the perfect balance to EPY’s regular power vinyasa flow. Through reclined, supported asana, you will feel focused and re-energized by moving inward and finding calm from within. Restorative Yoga is replenishing to the soul and perfect for those feeling stressed, tired, or simply overwhelmed. Recommended props: mat, firm blanket, yoga bolster(s), small pillow(s).
Prana Flow
Tuesdays 7:00-8:30pm (Lancaster only). Prana Flow is an energetic, transformational approach to vinyasa flow yoga. Created and inspired by Shiva Rea, this class unites the power of the five movements of prana (the “life force” or “energy” in our lives) by connecting each asana through fluid, dancelike movement. The goal is to transform challenges by releasing the “doing” of yoga and bringing greater ease and vitality into “being” yoga. View our calendar of events.
