500-Hour Teacher Training Series

Uncover the intricacies of movement and the holistic significance of yoga through the EPY 500-Hour Teacher Training series. 200-Hour programs are mere stepping stones into the study of yoga, and we have developed the 500-Hour series to give our students the opportunity to dig deeper into the art, science, and philosophy of yoga. By taking your learning to a higher level, you will become a more knowledgeable source of inspiration and enthusiasm for your students.

The 500-Hour Training series includes both required and optional modules, allowing you to customize your experience based on your own interests and goals. Each module provides an in-depth look into a specific area of study and may be led by EPY program instructors or a visiting specialist on the topic. This allows our students the unique opportunity to study with some of yoga’s most acclaimed teachers and practitioners, while simultaneously fulfilling the 500-Hour Certification requirements from a single Yoga-Alliance-Certified school.

Our series of powerful training modules covers a broad range of topics related to the philosophical, spiritual, anatomical, and scientific elements of yoga, such as:

  • Advanced Anatomy
  • Advanced Sequencing
  • Tantric Studies
  • Ayurveda
  • Thai Massage
