It’s back! Due to popular demand, we’ve added a Spring 40 Days to a Personal Revolution to our schedule! Led by Lisa Taylor, Erica Wood, and Suzi Hendler, 40 Days is a life-changing exploration in personal accountability and authenticity. In addition to daily yoga practice and meditation, you’ll join our supportive group for a weekly meeting to uncover your personal power and let go of limiting beliefs. You’ll also learn how to adapt your diet and personal wellness routine to your own needs through yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda. By immersing yourself in healthy living and self-inquiry, you will discover a new source of energy and awareness that will impact your relationship with both yourself and others.
40 Days to a Personal Revolution is perfect opportunity for new and experienced yogis to reclaim their passion for life. You’ll learn how to modify your routine for each season and listen to the messages your mind, spirit, and body convey. Refresh your soul by giving yourself the ultimate gift to your highest self.
