200-Hour Classic Teacher Training

As a 200-Hour teacher trainee, you will learn the physical, energetic, and spiritual implications of yoga, as well as the importance of living as an authentic, essential being. This program is appropriate for practitioners of every level, as well as those who simply wish to deepen their own understanding of yoga.
The 200-Hour EPY Classic training begins each September and is designed to prepare you to be a confident, effective yoga instructor. Each of the 8 weekend workshops in our series covers a different unit of study and includes asana, lecture, group discussion, and small-group exercises.

While you’ll leave our program prepared to teach, you’ll also have gained invaluable insight into your own way of being. At EPY, we believe that the best yoga teachers are those who are comfortable in their own skin, regardless of who or what is around them. Through the 200-Hour Classic program, you will learn to identify the obstacles in your life and gain the tools to become your most powerful self, both in and out of the yoga studio.

- Before August 1st: $2,700
- August 1st-Sept 21st: $3,000
- After September 21st, or with monthly installment plans: $3,300
- Applicants who have previously completed a 200- or 500-hour yoga teacher training [any style of yoga; must enroll by Sept 21st]: $2,000
